Our educational programs are anchored by the IHG Owners Association Leadership Institute for owners, owner representatives and senior managers interested in expanding their leadership capacities and inspiring success. This unique program is a three-day immersion into each participant’s role as a leader in their organization and life. Developed by Emory’s Goizueta Business School, the course is facilitated by professors who understand the hotel business. Participants walk away from this program with a better understanding of their leadership style, critical insight from 360-degree reviews and a plan for translating these learnings into greater success as a leader.
This expanded educational program has been a hallmark of the Owners Association for more than seven years and continues to receive outstanding reviews from graduates.
