The Emerging Leaders Council is an organization comprised of members of the IHG Owners Association and IHG corporate communities that provides a vehicle for young owners, operators, and brand team members to develop their skills, network with other owners, and provide younger generational perspective and input in critical decisions in support of improved owner ROI and achieving IHG’s objective of “Great Hotels Guests Love.”
