The Ambassador Program is open to all global members and provides an opportunity beyond the working group volunteer experience to engage members. Ambassadors are among the first to learn about new initiatives, programs and upcoming events on a WebEx every other month with members of the Association board, working groups and staff.

Topics discussed on previous calls include:

- Secure Payment System
- IHG Rewards and loyalty programs
- Improving the IHG PIP Process
- HeartBeat and Guest Satisfaction
- Winning Culture

In addition to these hot topics, Association senior leaders provide updates regarding any current events within the organization.

Initiatives such as the Ambassador program, which promote information sharing opportunities, are essential in making sure that we are all working together to enhance our returns. There is no cost to join. However, you MUST complete and submit an application AND sign a confidentiality agreement to participate in any Ambassador calls and/or activities. 

There are currently 187 Ambassadors, but we are always open to accept more!
