Think, for a moment, about the future of the IHG community. What skills will the next generation’s leaders need to take us there? How will they meet new challenges, while taking advantage of new opportunities? The newly formed
Emerging Leaders Council was created, in part, as a forum for exploring those issues in collaboration with IHG.
The Emerging Leaders Council is yet another way that the IHG Owners Association is taking a leadership role in the industry and finding meaningful ways to grow and enhance the overall IHG community.
The Emerging Leaders Council is an assembly of young (under 40 years old), emerging leaders within the IHG community that are committed to the future success of the Owners Association and the IHG family of brands. The Council will focus on three key areas:
- Leadership Development
- Alternative Voice
- Owner Engagement
